Markus brings over 15 years of experience in the transmission sector, with deep expertise in grid operation, asset management, and large-scale project portfolio delivery across the European Union. He joins EMAGE from TransnetBW, one of Germany's leading transmission system operators, where he most recently served as Head of Operation Planning & Technology.

We're pleased to welcome Matthew Cheney (Matt) to EMAGE Group （Shemar Power Engineering ）as our Managing Director for Australia & New Zealand. Matt brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience across Australia’s electricity networks, with deep expertise in transmission, grid transformation and large-scale energy transition programs.
