500kV high-humidity Transmission Line
A 500 kV link through ecologically sensitive mountain forest—where every meter of corridor matters. Conventional design means wider impact; EMAGE deploys a compact CICA double-circuit instead. Narrower corridor, lighter towers, full 500 kV performance—delivering reliable renewable connection with minimal environmental footprint.
220kV Energy East Power Plant Phase II Transmission Line
In Shenzhen, demand grows—but space for new transmission does not. EMAGE deploys a quad-circuit CICA, integrating four 220 kV lines into one compact corridor. 26% narrower, lower steel and deforestation, with the capacity of four conventional lines.
Alto Paranaíba 500 kV Transmission
For the largest package in Brazil’s 2022/01 auction, winning meant cutting land use and CAPEX without risk. EMAGE delivered a full-cycle CICA solution—from design and testing to field execution and energization. Commissioned 21 months early, the project proves CICA at national-scale transmission level.

Spain 220kV Canary Retrofit Project
Spain's first CICA tower application demonstrated the value of new-material insulated cross-arms in harsh island environments. Designed for Class E pollution level, the project increased ground clearance by 9.84 ft while improving pollution resistance and long-term insulation reliability.
Chile 500kV Live Retrofit Project
EMAGE delivered the world’s first live retrofit project for CICA products on a critical 500kV transmission line in Chile. By increasing conductor-to-ground clearance by 6.56 ft while the line remained energized, the project proved CICA's ability to upgrade critical transmission infrastructure without service interruption.
